I was surfing the net earlier today and came across this website:

It's one of those click-to-save-the-environment concepts. Taken from their website: 

"By clicking on the "Save Land" buttons you see the banner ads of our sponsors and advertisers who then pay for the purchase or protection of the amount of wilderness land indicated at the project selected. All money is paid by the sponsors, it costs you nothing to enable these contributions."

Because I had a slow day at work today and because I've been looking for ways to show that I care about our planet, I started clicking. Upon further research, I discovered that Ecology Fund is run by CharityUSA. They have a network of websites for different causes - The Hunger Website, The Breast Cancer Website, The Rainforest Site, The Animal Rescue Site among others - and to raise funds for these causes, all you have to do is click:

So.. if I can't be on the Rainbow Warrior to save the whales and if I can't chain myself to a tree to save the trees, then the least I can do is click.
